Please note: Orders placed on-line can be shipped to UK Mainland addresses only. International shipping is available by phone, post or email. Please ensure you provide a contact telephone number when placing your order to avoid delaying delivery.

Payment Options
Order on-line using your debit/credit card

Please phone, post or email your order and indicate your payment method, either cheque or BACS. We will advise you of our account details for BACS payments. Please do not email your bank account details, as this is not secure.
Once we receive your order, we will issue a Confirmation Order Form by email, fax or post.

Trade
We operate on a Proforma basis. This will be reviewed after 6 months of trading history and a 30 day credit account opened upon receipt of credit references. If our terms are not adhered to, we will revert back to a Proforma basis.
Once we receive your order, we will issue a Confirmation Order Form by e.mail, fax or post.
In the future we will upgrade our payment facilities and be able to accept card payments over the phone.

Delivery Times
Small stock quantities are available for despatch within 5 days, otherwise please allow 4 weeks for delivery of your goods. In most cases we aim to deliver sooner.

Cancellation of Order
You must advise us in writing (letter, fax or email) if you wish to cancel an order. If you decide after you have received the goods to Cancel; you have 7 working days from the day after receipt of goods to notify us of Cancellation. A refund will be made as soon as possible or within 30 days. Post and package costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for return postage or packages that do not reach us. Please ask at your Post Office for a free certificate of posting.

Receiving your Order
Please check your delivery in full. Should your delivery not meet with your approval, please notify us within 7 working days from the day after receipt of goods or claims will not be accepted.
Trade: We do not operate a ‘sale or return’ policy.

Complaints
Scissal take any complaint seriously. Please contact us as soon as possible, by calling +44 (0)870 780 9967 or +44 (0)7906 438793 or email info@scissal.co.uk putting COMPLAINT in the subject header. We aim to resolve any complaint within 5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not happy with a product, please notify us within 7 working days from the day after receipt of goods and return the goods in their original condition, to:

Authenticity
Every Scissal product is protected by copyright and/or a Registered Design. Any breach of copyright or Registered Design Laws will be referred to our Solicitors.

Cleaning Care
All products can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent and buffed dry with a soft cloth. DO NOT use any form of solvent, such as methylated spirits, turpentine white spirit or proprietary window cleaning products. These products will damage the acrylic product.

Guarantees
We offer a 1 year guarantee against defective workmanship and materials on all of our products. Please note this only applies if our full installation and cleaning instructions are followed.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the up most importance to us. Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our own security policy, the law and Web Trading Codes of Practice.
We will only use the information collected about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We only collect information to enable us to process your order. i.e. Your name, address, phone number, email address.
We will not e.mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We DO NOT under any circumstances, divulge your information to third parties. You have the opportunity to refuse any marketing correspondence from Scissal in the future.
Statutory Rights: This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We adhere to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Transfer of Property
All legal and beneficial ownership of the goods shall remain with Scissal until full payment for the goods has been made. Until ownership passes the purchaser must keep the goods free from any charge, lien or other impediment.
Whilst the goods are in the possession of the purchaser and before title has passed to the purchaser, the purchaser shall keep the goods in trust for Scissal and shall keep the goods in the same condition as that in which they were delivered.
